  2. Once an agreement for social media marketing services is entered into and payment is made, clients cannot cancel the services before the completion of the agreed-upon term. Clients are obligated to fulfill the entire term of the service agreement.
  3. You may be eligible to request a refund if the order is not completed, due to any technical error from our side and we are unable to complete the order, in such case customers are eligible for a refund.
  4. The channelbuzz does not guarantee 100% results from our social media marketing services. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, the effectiveness of marketing efforts can vary, and results cannot be guaranteed.
  5. The channelbuzz reserves the right to terminate the social media marketing services at any time without notice if the client breaches any terms of the agreement that the channelbuzz considers inappropriate or harmful.
  6. Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date the channelbuzz will not be held responsible for communication issues due to outdated or incorrect contact details provided by the client.
